Most insurance providers offer coverage for physiotherapy. Please check with your insurer or contact us for assistance in verifying coverage. Here’s a list of insurers we are registered with.
  • What should I expect during my first appointment?
At your initial assessment our physiotherapist or sports therapist will spend a bit of time talking through the full history of your symptoms so we can get a clear understanding of your issues. This will be followed up by an assessment of your movement patterns and strength, we will then spend some time talking through what's wrong, why it’s sore and what we are going to do to help you. In most initial assessments there will then be some hands-on treatment and a rehab plan will be individually designed to your needs. Check out this social post below on what to wear:
  • What should I bring to my appointment?
Please bring any relevant medical documents, referral letters (if applicable), insurance information, and wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement.
  • How long does a session last?
Initial assessments typically last 45–60 minutes, while follow-up sessions are usually 30–45 minutes.
  • Can I choose my physiotherapist?
Yes, you can request a specific physiotherapist based on availability and area of expertise. Just select the name when booking here.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a fee. Contact us on the number below if an emergency or DM us but these aren't always picked up in time as we're in with patients.
  • How many sessions will I need?
