About

Jim Neill brings a breadth of knowledge to the clinic having not only competed in CrossFit at an international level, but having worked in the industry for over 10 years treating a range of age groups, from junior sport level to disability and elderly care assessments.

He has advanced training in Sarah Key's spinal mobilisation method. He's not only worked with patients at Forge but been one himself so knows the rehab journey struggles better than anyone.

His adaptability is a huge strength as his experience in dealing with a range of issues affecting a range of patients at all levels brings compassion to his treatment plans. Jim takes all aspects of life into consideration and tailors your treatment to get the best results.

He played a pivotal role in getting Ireland's first team to the CrossFit games so has a huge passion for the sport and knows the impact competing at this level can have on the body.

"We've got to find that happy medium of too much vs too little when it comes to exercise"

He has worked as a disability assessor with the NHS and private firms as well as pitchside physio for junior teams at the Milk Cup and with the Irish Football Association. This means if you present with any issue at any age, he's well equipped to create your treatment plan to get you achieving your goals as soon as possible.

He's a man who likes a plan and integrates this into his daily life with a love for CrossFit, hiking and the great outdoors. A previous sporting coach, Jim will have you organised and back to being where you want to be in no time.
