About
Lynda is a highly experienced physiotherapist of more than 20 years whose passion lies at getting to the root cause of her patients' problems.
She looks at the entire body’s movements and lifestyle factors to see what is wrong, why it’s happening, and map out what you can do about it, together.
Treating each patient as an individual, a tailored assessment will lead to a clear understanding, and a path to recovery combining hands on treatment and rehabilitation strategy.
Working with elite athletes from the worlds of CrossFit, MMA and Motocross, as well as dealing with shoulder injuries, lower back pain and everything in between, Lynda can forge a recovery plan to suit a wide range of patients.
Lynda firmly believes that recovery and success can only happen when you take a whole body approach. This means looking at the person’s mobility, functionality and lifestyle factors, not just areas of pain.
"Nobody will leave Forge without knowing what is causing pain, how to tackle it, and what to do to stop it returning"
